Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. At the shipping step, select "Local pickup" as your fulfillment option. No shipping charge will be applied.

Wait for your ready email
We'll send you an email when your order is roasted, packaged, and ready to collect. This is typically the next business day after you place your order, depending on our roast schedule.

Come to the shop
Bring your order confirmation number — either on your phone or printed. Our team will have your order waiting. No need to wait in line for anything else.

- Pickup orders are held for 7 days. If you can't make it in time, email us and we'll make other arrangements.
- Bring your order number. Your email confirmation contains it. We don't need a printed receipt — a phone screen is fine.
- Pickup is free. There is no handling fee or minimum order for local pickup.
- If you need to cancel a pickup order, contact us at hello@villageroaster.com before you come in and we'll process the cancellation.
