Coffee and tea are food products

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on coffee or tea. Because these are food products, we cannot resell opened or returned bags. This is the same policy you will find at any specialty coffee or tea shop.

We will make it right

If we made an error — wrong item, damaged shipment, quality issue on our end — we will fix it. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the problem. We will work with you to correct any mistake that is ours to own.
