Shipping & Pickup

How we roast and ship

We roast on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of the roast date — so the coffee that arrives at your door was roasted within the last two days, not the last two weeks. The roast date is printed on every bag.

If you place an order on a non-roast day, your order will be queued for the next scheduled roast. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Rates and free shipping

Standard USPS shipping rates apply to all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders over $50 ship free. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time. If timing is critical, place your order as early in the week as possible to catch a Monday or Tuesday roast.

Local pickup — Lakewood shop

Local pickup is available at no cost from our shop at 9255 W Alameda Ave, Lakewood, CO 80226. Select "Local pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready — typically the next business day after your order is placed.

Bring your order confirmation number when you come in. Pickup orders are held for 7 days before being restocked.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and interested in ordering, email us at hello@villageroaster.com and we'll see what we can work out.

Order tracking

All shipped orders include a USPS tracking number sent to your confirmation email. If you don't receive a tracking notification within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@villageroaster.com with your order number.
